Senior Program Developer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational objectives. Your focus will be on creating a cohesive framework for instructional designers to develop individual courses, ensuring that all program components are aligned with measurable learning and business goals. Working remotely, you will report to Enablement Leadership as part of the Learning Strategy & Design team, impacting learner success and organizational growth significantly.

Accountabilities
• Develop and manage the structure of large-scale training programs ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
• Define program-level objectives and outcomes aligned with business needs.
• Partner with instructional designers for course framework and guidance.
• Collaborate on the sequencing of courses to create effective learning pathways.
• Coordinate development timelines, deliverables, and resources across the team.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all program components.
• Apply backwards design principles for measurable outcomes alignment.
• Develop evaluation strategies to assess program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to meet strategic needs.
• Communicate program vision and progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and innovate program development.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in curriculum program development or instructional design.
• Proven experience designing large-scale learning programs.
• Familiarity with outcome-based instructional design approaches.
• Expertise in instructional design frameworks and learning taxonomies.
• Strong project management skills with multi-program oversight capability.
• Proficiency with eLearning technologies and LMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking focused on measurable outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to program quality.
