We’re now looking for a Product Marketing Manager — Agents & Data who is passionate about building AI-powered workflows that transform how product marketing operates.This role goes beyond analysis — you’ll be designing, prototyping, and deploying agentic AI workflows that directly support go-to-market strategies, customer insights, and sales enablement. If you’re excited about creating practical AI solutions for real business challenges, this is the place for you.What you’ll doBuild AI Agents: Scope, design, and deploy agent workflows aligned with cross-team product marketing strategies and GTM priorities.Develop data dashboards: Create and manage data plans and dashboards to optimize campaigns, improve content development practices, and refine customer segmentation and targeting.Drive innovation: Experiment with how AI agents can best support product marketers — designing new use cases, automations, and tools.Enable customer analysis: Build and improve workflows and tools for AI-driven analysis of customer feedback and market data.Bridge to sales: Provide sales teams with data-driven insights and AI workflows that strengthen product launches and GTM plans.What you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, data science or equivalent experience.4+ years’ experience in data, AI or analytics within an AI / SaaS environment.Strong command of English (native-level or near-native).Proven ability to leverage AI and data to analyze complex ideas across the customer journey.Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, able to communicate with technical and economic buyers alike.Growth mindset, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement attitude.Nice-to-haveExperience in automation or RPA.Hands-on experience with UiPath agentic features and Power BI or similar analytics platforms.Strong analytical background and attention to detail; comfortable solving ambiguous problems independently.Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
