Join us before our next international offsite.About the roleProduct marketers deeply understand our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and craft winning strategies for growing target markets, driving product adoption, and enabling internal teams. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for key segments, uncover new growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives like win-loss analysis, enterprise ABM, and competitive intelligence.What you’ll doOwn go-to-market strategy for 1-2 of Tremendous’ top customer segments and lead execution across teamsDrive and scale ICP research processes to sharpen segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign strategyLead the development of high-impact ABM and broad-reach campaigns to generate and accelerate pipelinePartner with Content and Growth to shape our content strategy and expand into new acquisition channels (e.g., events, partnerships, third-party sites, web)Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to shape thought leadership and elevate our brandStrengthen campaign and segment reporting to identify what’s working, iterate quickly, and maximize ROICollaborate with Product and Sales to influence roadmap decisions and lead full-funnel product launchesLead competitive strategy and improve the team’s approach to tracking and communicating market movementsWhat you’ll bring5–8 years of product marketing experience — strong preference for B2B SaaSProven ability to lead go-to-market strategy for a product, vertical, or customer segmentDeep empathy for customers and a track record of applying insights to shape messaging, campaigns, and product directionStrong storytelling and communication skills — you can influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholdersHighly proactive — you take ownership of complex projects, drive alignment, and see initiatives through with minimal oversight neededExperience designing and executing both broad-based and ABM-style marketing strategiesProficiency in conducting and scaling research — you’ve led win-loss interviews, voice of customer programs, or segmentation studiesExperience partnering closely with sales, product, and customer success to drive adoption and revenueAnalytical mindset — you’re comfortable using data to evaluate performance and optimize strategyAn eye for process improvements — you look for ways to streamline workflows, scale knowledge-sharing, and improve cross-functional alignmentAbility to lead cross-team initiatives like competitive intelligence, thought leadership, or market expansionWhy work with usWe’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead, which is good news for your career growth.We offer competitive pay, equity and benefits.
