Senior Product Marketing Analyst

In the Product team, we’re responsible for creating solutions that deliver real value to our customers and the business. We combine strategic vision, user focus, and cross-team collaboration to build innovative, scalable products aligned with EBANX’s goals. Your day-to-day impact: Lead our competitive intelligence program, tracking industry players, market shifts, and product announcements to shape EBANX’s unique value proposition across products and markets; Partner with Product to highlight feature gaps and differentiation points; Deliver executive reports and market scans on a regular cadence; Craft and refine EBANX’s product positioning across markets, verticals, and payment methods, leveraging real market insights and competitive intelligence; Act as a strategic connector between Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams, ensuring that market and competitive insights directly inform roadmap and positioning. Must-haves to shine in this role: Proven experience in Product Marketing, Market Intelligence, or Strategy roles; Ability to translate complex competitive data into clear insights and narratives; Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and frameworks (e.g., Win/Loss analysis, Crayon, Klue, or similar); Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams; Data-driven mindset, with a strategic view and hands-on attitude; Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead projects in a fast-paced, global environment; Fluency in English (written and spoken). Bonus points if you have: Experience in the payments industry or digital commerce; Familiarity with product management or working closely with product teams; Knowledge of voice of the customer methodologies or customer feedback loops; Experience building merchant-facing materials and collaborating with sales teams.
