Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and improve player engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features and functionality that align with the product vision
Analyze game performance and drive KPIs to inform product decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business results
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product management, game design, or data analysis in the gaming industry
Strong quantitative analysis skills, including experience with Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Understanding of various business models, including free-to-play and subscription-based models
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field
MBA or equivalent experience a plus
