Senior Product Manager, Partners

We love talking about pixels, we’re obsessed about data, and we’re all about getting stuff done.We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Partners Platform team, unlocking Lemonade’s future by building the infrastructure, tooling, and GenAI-powered systems that help partners onboard, scale, and innovate across our global distribution ecosystem.You’ll lead the vision for systems, tools, and platforms that help a wide range of partners, from API integrators to low-code affiliates, easily distribute Lemonade’s products. Your focus will span developer platforms, partner tooling, and backend infrastructure, driving scalable growth through seamless integrations, self-serve onboarding, and AI-powered capabilities.In this role you’llOwn product strategy for a broad partner platform serving both technical (API-based) and non-technical (low-code) distribution partners.Lead the development of APIs, backend infrastructure, and intuitive partner-facing tools that reduce time-to-market and make it easy for partners to sell Lemonade.Build low-code tools that streamline affiliate onboarding and performance management, while improving integration paths and reducing friction across partner use cases.Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and external partners to deliver robust infrastructure and tooling that supports scalable and compliant partner growth.Shape the partner ecosystem through operational enablement, documentation, and developer experience best practices.What you’ll need5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably working on platforms, infrastructure, or developer/partner toolsExperience building and launching both API-based platforms and low/no-code tools for external users or customers is a huge plusFamiliarity with a range of partner types (e.g., affiliates, embedded distribution, white-label integrations) and their operational needs is a huge plusExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align internal stakeholders and external partnersA methodical, data-informed approach to decision-making and product prioritizationExperience leading agile product teams and delivering in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsEnthusiasm for learning and adapting to evolving technologies — including AI — and applying them where relevantAbility to work in an office environment at least 3 days a week
