Senior Product Manager, Integrations Platform

Description We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Product Manager to lead our Integrations Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling Fleetio 's integration platform, enabling Fleet Operations Applications, Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), and partners to build on top of, integrate with, and extend with our core product. More about our team and company: Watch our culture videos: Fleetio overview video: More about the Fleetio platform: API docs: developer.fleetio.com Test drive Fleetio to get an even better feel for what we're building: Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for Fleetio 's integration platform Grow and scale Fleetio ’s Integration Directory Define and own the integrations roadmap, balancing between business and customer needs. Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and architecture decisions Define and enforce “integration handbooks” with partners for quality and consistency. Collaborate with the developer platform team and influence API strategies and requirements. Define and track success metrics for platform adoption and integrator satisfaction Gather and synthesize feedback from developers, partners, and internal stakeholders Define and enforce “integration handbooks” with partners for quality and consistency. Drive the development of self-service tools and capabilities for platform users Required Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on app marketplaces, integrations, developer platforms, APIs and webhooks. Strong technical background with understanding of API design principles, authentication, and integration patterns Experience with building developer-oriented products Track record of launching and scaling platform products Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Understanding of B2B SaaS business models and platform economics Preferred Qualifications Experience in fleet management, telematics, or related industries Background in platform business models and ecosystem development Experience with developer relations or developer marketing Understanding of integration patterns with enterprise systems (ERP, accounting, etc.) What You'll Build Integration platform that powers Fleetio ’s Integration Directory through native and 3rd party integrations Self-service integration tools for integrators and customers Product capabilities that enables custom integration development Platform features that support partner monetization and ecosystem growth Benefits Multiple health/dental coverage options Vision insurance Incentive stock options 401(k) match of 4% PTO - 4 weeks 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays Parental leave- birthing parent (12 weeks paid) non-birthing (4 weeks) FSA HSA options Short and long term disability (short term 100% paid) Community service funds Professional development funds Wellbeing fund - $150 quarterly Business expense stipend- $125 quarterly Mac laptop + new hire equipment stipend Remote working friendly since 2012 Fleetio provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment.
