Senior Product Manager, Integrations

Remote Full-time
At Trunk Tools, we’re the leading AI company revolutionizing construction—the second-largest industry on earth. We recently raised a $40M Series B led by Insight Partners, bringing our total funding to $70M from top-tier investors including Redpoint and Innovation Endeavors. This new round is fueling our next phase of growth as we scale AI agents across the jobsite.
Our mission is to build the future of construction through intelligent automation. Despite being a $13+ trillion industry, construction still runs largely on analog processes—we’re changing that by embedding AI directly into field operations.
Founded by builders and technologists (Stanford, MIT), our team has delivered software used by over 140,000 field professionals, impacting millions of users and contributing to $10B+ in built projects. Many of us come from the field ourselves, giving us a deep understanding of the industry’s unique challenges.
After years of building the “brain” of construction, we’re now launching production-ready AI agents—starting with intelligent document processing and Q&A, and rapidly expanding into core operational workflows. Our team has doubled in the past year, and with 65+ employees (25+ engineers), we’re scaling fast and entering a period of hypergrowth—this is a rare opportunity to join at an inflection point.

About the role
The Integrations Product Manager will assume responsibility for the development of the Trunk Tools’ integrations platform for construction, leveraging deep experience in building B2B software integrations. The PM will work closely with Engineering, Product, Subject Matter Experts/Advisors, and Customers in the design, development, and iteration of the integrations platform that feeds Trunk Tools’ data pipeline, AI tooling, and platform services. All of these systems work in concert to improve productivity for the deskless workforce across their organization. The Integrations Product Manager is responsible for developing integrations with cross-functional teams, identifying business opportunities, conducting discovery, advocating for priorities that balance business and customer objectives, tracking progress against success metrics, managing delivery risks, and keeping stakeholders informed. As the Integrations PM, you will shape the strategy to enable third-parties to read and write to the Trunk Tools platform and unlock critical markets to drive the software’s growth, value, and adoption.

Product Managers at Trunk Tools are customer-centric, master influencers, and technologically fluent. They know how to get the right people and resources in the room to deliver. In addition to impacting customers through skillful interpersonal communication, we are looking for a strategic thinker who is interested in improving processes and pursuing initiatives to help our team continually grow and provide the best products to customers. This position reports directly to the CPO.

What you'll be doing:

Serve as the Integrations Product leader and voice of the customer by conducting regular, structured discovery sessions with customers, organizing the information to inform your strategic recommendations around prioritization.

Map source system data into our construction ontology and maximize its value to both internal and external customers.

Lead the development of an integrated platform that enables third-party developers to build integrations with minimal Product & Engineering support.

Manage internal and external expectations around priorities and delivery timelines, using roadmaps to visually stimulate conversation about what we should build and why to deliver which outcomes (Engineering is responsible for delivery plans, but you will communicate what they are and if/how/why they have changed).

Constantly advocate for the good of the business in every interaction and decision, tempering emotions, pressure, and even personal preference to be as objective as possible.

Collaborate with Implementations, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience with any new launch or product iteration.

Contribute to our scale efforts by establishing and improving our SDLC processes and contributing to best practices.

Own the processes and tooling to ensure critical data is being captured around customer usage, activity, and adoption.

Provide consistent feedback to cross-functional teams to constantly optimize customer expectation management, communication, and stabilization.

Work with the CPO to continue to level up SDLC at Trunk Tools to optimize for data-driven decision making, achieving desired business outcomes, and amplifying the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
