Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products from inception to market.
• You excel at identifying issues and devising creative solutions. You thrive in complex environments and can navigate challenges with ease.
• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating product vision and requirements to diverse audiences, including technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• You possess strong leadership qualities and can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. You’re adept at influencing decision-makers and driving consensus.
• You have a solid understanding of technical concepts and are comfortable working closely with engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• You leverage data analytics to inform product decisions, measure success, and identify trends.
• You prioritize user needs and advocate for the best user experience. You’re skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the product.
• You can see the big picture and align product strategy with business goals. You’re capable of setting long-term vision and short-term objectives.
• You’re experienced in Agile development practices and can manage product backlogs, sprints, and iterative releases effectively.
• You’re a team player who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, operations, and sales.
• You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can quickly adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
• You have an interest in and are familiar with utilizing AI to enhance your work and as part of the solutions you deliver for users.
