Opportunity Identification: Lead the discovery and prioritization of product opportunities that enhance the cardmember experience, using data‑driven insights, market trends, and emerging AI technologies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and business teams to translate product concepts into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Customer Journey Mapping: Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics that align with both short‑term improvements and long‑term strategic goals.
Testing & Validation: Drive user testing, A/B experiments, and post‑launch analytics to uncover performance gaps and iterate on product enhancements.
Roadmap Management: Maintain a transparent product backlog, balancing quick wins with strategic investments, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate product health, adoption, and ROI, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Continuous Improvement: Keep the product backlog refined, ensuring that evolving cardmember needs, regulatory requirements, and technology advances are reflected in the roadmap.
Thought Leadership: Serve as an internal advocate for AI best practices, championing ethical AI, privacy, and responsible innovation across the organization.
