Develop and execute product strategy to meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the insurance industry.
Work closely with the customer experience team to understand consumer behavior and identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Lead the development and launch of new products and features, ensuring they align with company goals and meet customer needs.
Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering feedback from customers and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving financial targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into product strategies and initiatives.
Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay informed on industry developments.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure products and processes are in compliance with industry regulations.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the product team and across the organization.
