Career sites are the primary entry point for candidates and a critical extension of our customers’ employer brand.In this role, you will own and drive specific problem areas and initiatives within the career sites domain - such as job discovery, content management, performance, localization, integrations, or enterprise configuration - while contributing to a shared product vision and roadmap defined across multiple PMs.You will collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences that meet both candidate expectations and enterprise requirements.Work hours: this role is based on the US East Coast and requires starting the day around 8:00 AM ET to enable daily collaboration with our teams in Europe.What you’ll do:Own defined problem spaces and initiatives within the career sites product areaContribute to a shared roadmap and product vision, working closely with other PMs in the domainLead discovery efforts to deeply understand candidate, customer, and market needsTranslate insights into clear requirements, priorities, and delivery plansPartner with engineering and design to ship high-performing, enterprise-ready career site capabilitiesBalance usability, performance, accessibility, SEO, localization, and compliance requirementsCollaborate with platform, AI, integrations, and SAP teams to ensure cohesive experiences across the suiteDefine and track success metrics such as conversion, engagement, adoption, and performanceWhy you’ll love working here:Work on one of the most visible and business-critical spaces in hiringBuild products used by millions of candidates globallyCollaborate with strong product peers in a multi-PM, platform-oriented teamCombine SmartRecruiters’ product culture with the scale and ecosystem of SAPCompetitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunitiesQualifications:6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise softwareExperience building or owning career sites, job boards, candidate portals, or similar candidate-facing web products - or closely related domains such as employer branding platforms, ATS front-ends, or job search/discovery experiencesStrong product discovery skills and comfort working in shared ownership modelsAbility to balance design quality with enterprise-scale constraintsTechnical fluency and strong collaboration skills with engineering partners; familiarity with CMS architecture, SEO for job listings, or web performance is a plusClear, confident communication with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience with global, high-traffic products (localization, accessibility, compliance) is a plusAdditional Information:SmartRecruiters is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
