About the position Responsibilities • Drive growth for Starbucks by translating beverage opportunities into customer-centric propositions for licensed stores. • Bring beverage strategies to life for licensees by proactively identifying opportunities and integrating them into beverage strategies. • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable beverage innovation by addressing challenges and creating solutions for a diverse network of licensees. • Create structured presentations that illustrate key business issues, insights, and recommendations. • Embody Starbucks' mission and values by helping others succeed, coaching, and building trust across groups. Requirements • 4+ years' experience in marketing, brand management, or product innovation. • Project leadership experience in a cross-functional environment for 4+ years. • Progressive experience in developing and implementing new or existing products or strategies. • 4+ years' experience in developing and delivering presentations to executive-level audiences. • Strong financial analysis, data analysis, and modeling skills. • Ability to influence others without authority to drive results. • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • MBA strongly preferred.
