Your ability to navigate ambiguity, inspire cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results will be instrumental in advancing our mission to increase financial stability for everyone.As a Senior Product Manager at Bestow, you will:Lead complex product initiatives across your areaCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into compelling product features and experiencesDevelop and maintain product roadmaps that align with company strategy, balancing short-term wins with long-term visionDefine success metrics and build data-driven feedback loops to measure product performance and inform future decisionsIdentify opportunities for product improvements through customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligencePartner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery and adoptionInfluence stakeholders across the organization by effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and outcomesCoach and mentor junior product managers while modeling Bestow's operating principlesWHO YOU AREBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaSDemonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously across an entire product areaProven track record of delivering successful products with measurable business impactExperience with user research, usability testing, and UI/UX design principles for complex systemsStrong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools and BI solutions to drive decision makingExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teamsComfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete informationTOTAL REWARDSAt Bestow, we’re proud to be awarded for our team members, innovative products, and culture.
