Youʼll own product discovery and delivery, working collaboratively with a dedicated, cross-functional team of design, engineering and data colleagues to build innovative financial products for our 3 million plus member base. In order to be successful, youʼll build strong working relationships across the company, driving the creation of new features informed by user research, industry trends, and data analysis. If youʼre excited about being empowered and accountable for delivering business results and want to be part of building one of Canadaʼs fastest-growing fintech companies, this is the role for you.Responsibilities:Define a product roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring projects are prioritized to deliver the highest impact for our members and our business.Conduct market research and utilize data to identify member needs and product opportunities to create new digital experiences to help our members understand and improve their financial healthIdentify, test and prioritize new opportunities and test hypotheses through rapid experimentations against KPI projectionsWork collaboratively with a cross-functional delivery team of Engineering, Design & Data to align, develop and execute the product roadmapMonitor key metrics, and identify problems and opportunities to be addressedRequirementsExperience:3+ years of consumer-facing product management experience at a high growth B2C technology companyStrong quantitative analytics skills.
