You will work closely with a team of industry and technology A-players, who together are bringing the next generation of Veeva products to market.If you have a passion for creating world-class products and enjoy solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions, you may be a good fit for this position. What You’ll Do Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional & non-functional requirements, feature specifications, quality control checksInterview Customers and Industry Experts to understand the business needs and pursue problems with curiosity and tenacity.Manage the prioritization of features within your product areaAuthor high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and downstream systems/customer requirementsSupport release and sprint planning to ensure product enhancements support the needs of internal and external customers at the right time and in the right sequenceCollaborate closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with qualityAcquire deep subject matter expertise in Clinical Trial Data Requirements 5+ years of Product Management or relevant work experiencePassion for understanding complex business challenges and translating them into elegant solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguityBachelor’s degreeQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USAExperience with data modelingExperience in JIRA, ConfluenceDemonstrated expertise in design, product development, and strategic planning Nice to Have Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or engineeringExperience in the clinical trials industry Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving program Compensation Base pay: $120,000 - $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
