If you thrive in solving complex problems, are driven by the potential of AI, and are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences at scale, we want to hear from you.In this role you'llLead the product strategy and development efforts in one of Lemonade’s main business domains, focusing on optimizing user experiences and driving product scalabilityCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data analysis, and other stakeholders to define product goals and prioritiesIdentify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and translate them into actionable plans and prototypesDrive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organizationDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize themWhat you’ll needAt least 5 years experience working as a product manager in a fast-growing company / successful startup - a mustExcellent leadership and personal skillsSelf-organized, process-drivenSuperior attention to detail, coupled with a keen eye for the big pictureCapable of understanding complex processes, and identifying areas calling for improvementData-driven and analytical thinkerOutstanding communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholdersExperience leading small, agile teamsA passion for accumulating knowledge of your domain and sharing it with othersAbility to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a weekEnthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
