Senior Product Manager

The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of Posh’s shared platform and Knowledge Management System (KMS)—the central brain that powers all our AI products.This is not just another feature team. You’ll define and shape the platform that determines what our AI assistants know and how they behave. You’ll lead the charge to create a low-effort, highly intuitive experience for clients to manage, structure, and personalize their assistants across all product touchpoints.This is a core, foundational product with wide-reaching impact across our organization. You’ll drive the roadmap, own prioritization, and make strategic tradeoffs that impact every user of our platform—whether they’re managing knowledge, configuring behavior, or overseeing multiple assistants across an organization. You will be exposed to cutting edge Generative AI technologies for both product discovery (e.g. tools like loveable.dev), and delivery (e.g, OpenAI, Google Gemini).You will also lead the product direction for shared capabilities like user management, organization creation, and access control, ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and cohesive across all of Posh.What You’ll DoOwn the Product: You are the strategic driver of the Knowledge Management System—its roadmap, success metrics, and long-term evolution.Define the Vision: Set the direction for how Posh clients manage their AI assistants, balancing simplicity with customization, and scalability with usability.Shape Strategy & Roadmap: Align roadmap priorities with company goals, customer needs, and technical constraints. Clearly communicate and defend trade-offs and timelines.Prototype to Align and Inspire: Use generative AI tools and visual prototypes to explore new ideas, clarify product direction, and inspire alignment—especially when words alone won’t move the needle.Deliver a World-Class Experience: Build tools that empower clients to customize their AI agents without technical barriers—through knowledge editing, behavior tweaking, and assistant training.Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and GTM teams to ship delightful, durable solutions.Support All Personas: Understand and advocate for a diverse set of users—admins, frontline staff, analysts, and business leaders—across all product lines.Drive Platform Consistency: Ensure shared experiences like org creation, user management, and permissions are unified across the Posh ecosystem.Execute with Excellence: Deliver value in iterations, grounded in customer feedback and data-driven validation.Think Big, Ship Smart: Balance long-term platform investments with short-term wins. Know when to invent and when to refine.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS platforms, or AI/ML products.Strategic Ownership: You’ve independently owned roadmaps, driven strategy, and influenced cross-functional orgs. You don’t wait for direction—you create it.Systems Thinker: You design products that are extensible and elegant—connecting dots between features, user journeys, and backend capabilities.Customer Empathy: You’ve designed for multiple personas and understand how to prioritize and synthesize diverse needs.AI Curiosity: You’re energized by the idea of shaping how AI agents are trained, governed, and optimized—and building the UI to support that process. You have experience with LLMs - you use ChatGPT or similar daily.
