The OSINT team believe in creating safe, trustworthy and inclusive communities and ​enables our customers to achieve this by providing the most accurate, fast, comprehensive and up to date insights of their current and future worker's digital presence​. This is a strategic product team within the organization and their work powers the best background screening and monitoring business in the industry. ​This is an exciting role for a strategic and innovative individual to reimagine and drive some of our most popular products. You will collaborate with a globally distributed product development organization and establish close partnerships across the business to create, build, and deliver innovative and differentiated products to market, from ideation to launch. Your work will help increase efficiency, accuracy and speed up time-to-hire for HireRight’s customers including many of the world’s most innovative and successful companies.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities based on market, customer, regulatory, and business needsDrive entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and go-to-market activities. Practice data-informed decision-making and demonstrate deep understanding of critical business drivers and KPIs to help achieve product/market fitEstablish a feedback loop with customers, users, and partners to understand their pain points and identify new products and technologies that meet their needs and exceed their expectationsCollaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and create actionable requirementsClearly communicate and build consensus with stakeholders and leadershipParticipates and contributes to marketing events, conferences and webinars and act as an evangelist and thought leader in the spaceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, business, criminal justice or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of experience as a product leader defining, building, and launching successful software/SAAS products, with at least one being a zero to one product. Experience overseeing product strategy, defining roadmaps, and requirements definition for complex product portfolioAbility to set clear goals, OKRs, measure product performance and make sound data driven product decisions.Experience leading and partnering with large distributed and cross-functional teams to bring delightful products to marketExperience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and experimentation to validate product market fit.
