You will partner with our business and engineering teams to deliver leading technology that supports our revenue integrity business unit. Duties include analyzing data to find opportunities, developing a roadmap, delivering outcomes, and presenting to senior leaders. Delivering Outcomes Own initiatives and drive updates directly, not group management. Independent research and documentation of business problems. Problem-solving to bring forward the best solutions and documentation. Use data to frame problems and solutions, and guide decisions/outcomes. Demonstrate expertise of customers, data, business, and industry to deliver differentiated initiatives. Calculate the estimated value of a project, and use it to prioritize projects in your backlog. Create and maintain a roadmap with success KPIs and identified value delivery. Deliver on annual KPI and financial targets. Product Design Translate user and stakeholder needs into functional requirements Partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. Collaborate with users to understand and anticipate their needs. Prioritize and maintain the backlog for assigned products, based on changing requirements and in line with the organization's vision and goals. Understand and collaborate on technical design and approach. Team Collaboration Act as a liaison with stakeholders to communicate solution design, backlog, and trade-offs that need to be made. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments to impact successful team completion of a release. Communicate effectively with team members to achieve product goals and provide constant feedback. You’ll Be Successful If You Have 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager. 5+ years of experience as an Expert/Consultant. A strong educational background, demonstrating an ability to learn and adapt to new solutions quickly. Experience with and a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle. Analytical with strong SQL skills and the ability to use SQL to pull and analyze data. The ability to work with cross-functional teams productively is required. Tactfully working through competing product priorities is critical. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrated by a successful track record of developing products within deadlines.
