This role collaborates across multiple functions to develop new product strategies and enhance the existing portfolio. Success in this position requires strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in managing product lines within a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. The SPM will play a key role in driving sales growth and meeting margin targets for the product line.
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams in the development, launch, and commercialization of new products, as well as the ongoing management of existing offeringsManage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through market launch to eventual phase-outDefine and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for assigned product linesLead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Total Cost Out (TCO) initiatives to strengthen product line competitiveness and drive profitabilityContinuously assess consumer, customer, and competitive insights to identify market needs and opportunitiesUtilize data-driven insights to segment the market, shape product strategy, and define differentiated customer value propositionsCollaborate closely with the marketing function to develop, maintain, and optimize sales enablement materials and toolsContribute to product line performance reviews in collaboration with key internal stakeholdersOwn and drive key financial metrics, including revenue, margin, and cost targets, to ensure sustained business growthProactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, product quality, and project outcomes QualificationsQualifications/Requirements 8+ years of relevant product management experienceBachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experienceConsumer product / Smart Home experience is strongly preferredHigh energy, motivated individual with a strong sense of personal accountability and initiativeAbility to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong presentation skills and financial acumenDemonstrated capabilities in influencing, facilitation and change management Outstanding organizational and analytical skills are crucial to success Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative work environmentInspired by and passionate about product innovation and emerging technologiesAdditional InformationBold cutting-edge innovation is in our DNA as our history dates back nearly 130 years to Thomas Edison and the invention of the world’s first lightbulb.
