These values are at the core of our culture and will continue to lead our organization to successful outcomes.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Engineer with over 8 years of experience to join our dynamic, diverse team and take HealthSherpa's technology to the next level. You are comfortable working across the Ruby on Rails and ReactJS development stack and passionate about learning new technologies. You believe in using data and analysis to form conclusions and refine thinking. You build products and systems quickly, but maintainably.You'll report directly to the Senior Engineering Manager and work on a pod with other engineers, product managers, and designers to build quality products that help improve the lives of millions of Americans.The base salary range is $174,000 - $210,000 + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills and experience.
