About the Role:
Own design problems end-to-end, from concept to research, shipping, and beyond
Develop and utilize journey maps, user flows, and system diagrams to communicate ideas and impact the end-to-end experience
Design beautiful and intuitive web and mobile experiences that meet user needs, data, and business goals
Lead, mentor, and help build our product and design teams
Conduct user research using ethnographic and data-driven approaches
Obsess over visual design and user experience details
Identify future opportunities and contribute to strategy as a key team member
Partner with engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs
Explore new technologies to elevate product experiences
Assist in hiring and building a talented design team
Requirements:
5+ years of product design experience
2+ years of experience working within an in-house product team, owning the evolution of an existing product (startup experience preferred)
Experience designing workflows and B2B products
Strong visual aesthetic with a portfolio showcasing polished and thoughtful work
Strong conceptual thinking and experience leading process from concept to launch
Bonus Points:
Experience as a product manager, shaping business strategy and translating designs into engineering stories
Programming experience in React, Swift, ObjC, Java, or Kotlin
