We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead product design across multiple workstreams from our core mobile app to the HR portal and broker tools. Youll be a key partner in shaping the user experience from discovery through delivery, ensuring that our product is not only functional, but delightful and impactful.
What You'll Be DoingOwning the end-to-end product design process from discovery, research, and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and final UICollaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and growth teams to create intuitive, elegant, and engaging experiences across mobile and webContributing to product strategy by bringing the users voice into every conversation and decisionUsing insights (user feedback, behavior data, testing) to iterate quickly and improve flows and usabilityDesigning across multiple products including our consumer-facing health app, HR admin portal, and broker platformChampioning design systems, visual consistency, and accessibility standards across platformsLeading or contributing to design sprints, usability testing, and validation effortsDelivering developer-ready assets, specifications, and responsive designsLeading discovery efforts
Must-Have Qualifications4+ years of experience as a product designer in a startup or fast-paced tech companyStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design from problem exploration to polished UIsAbility to design for mobile-first experiences (iOS, Android) as well as responsive web platformsExcellent interaction design and visual design skillsComfort working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholdersStrong user-centric mindset you care deeply about clarity, simplicity, and impactStrong experience in product research and discoveryExperience in data and ability to interpret behavioral data (e.g. funnels, drop-offs, usage patterns) and translate insights into product improvements.
Bonus Points
Experience in healthtech, insurtech, or wellbeing platforms
Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus
Experience with CDH (Continuous Discovery Habits)
Regional knowledge of the GCC or KSA/UAE markets
