If you're passionate about shaping the future of fitness, come join us - we’re just getting started.About the RoleAs a Senior Product Designer at Future, you have the opportunity to personally deliver a monumental impact to both our product and our company.Your role is responsible for driving forward holistic user experiences for our clients and our coaches, working with leaders to build and sharpen our company brand, and establishing the foundations for how design at Future will operate as we grow.You will:Deliver designs for Future that contribute to the overall direction of the productWork with the Product team to define and understand the requirements of a feature or productDesign impactful solutions balancing intuition with metrics-driven approachesExecute design work using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and interactive prototypesWork with the Product team to ensure designs are implemented correctlyActively seek feedback to continually raise the bar for qualityGain a deep understanding of the business goals, vision, users, and marketYou have: At least 8+ years of consumer product design, information architecture, UX, or a related fieldExperience creating consumer apps with thoughtful design and structure, especially those with interactive motion design elementsExpert knowledge with consumer products and a high-quality barSolid understanding of the user-centered design process, with a proven ability to deliver projects that achieve business and user goalsOpen to iteration, feedback and experimentationAbility to connect design process back to business strategy, and to work with key members across the company to build supportExperience working cross-functionally and self-sufficientlyYour own product design portfolio that showcases functionality, clarity, usability, and flow across an overall user experienceAre legally able to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship in order to work for Future. Compensation, Benefits & Life at Future:Salary range: $145,000 - 211,000 / year + equity. The salary range is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes.
