Senior Product Designer

Position Summary: As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end design solutions that make AI capabilities intuitive, transparent, and valuable within our web products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and establish scalable design systems that ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across the product ecosystem. This position reports to the Lead Product Designer. This is a remote, contract position. EST/CST preferred. Responsibilities Drive the end-to-end design process for ecommerce and AI-focused web initiatives, from discovery through delivery. Translate complex AI and data-driven concepts into clear, user-centered interfaces. Develop, scale, and maintain design systems that support consistency, efficiency, and accessibility across products. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5–7+ years of product design experience, with a strong focus on web applications. Expertise in Figma, including advanced component management and prototyping. Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems at scale. Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design solutions with measurable product impact. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present work clearly and influence cross-functional teams. Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data-rich products is a strong plus. Experience working in conversation UI a plus.
