Key Responsibilities

Strategic Problem Solving:
Address complex and evolving challenges by leveraging existing analytical frameworks and developing innovative approaches to transform broad organizational needs into actionable team objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Oversee integration of cross-functional project timelines and processes, driving continuous improvement and establishing clear operational goals and metrics

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or another related quantitative field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role within a technical capacity
