The Role:Peek is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who can bring their expertise in web analytics, B2B product analytics, as well as AI-driven data analysis to contribute to our growing business’s success. This person possesses the ability to effectively analyze and interpret data, present findings to stakeholders, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. As an analyst-of-many-trades, you will be working with stakeholders across finance, marketing, product, engineering, customer success, and more to bring insight to a variety of high-priority company initiatives.Responsibilities:​​Acquiring, organizing, measuring, and interpreting data from primary and secondary sources to support our analytic initiatives.Find new product opportunities that drive business outcomes using appropriate analytic techniquesDelivering custom data solutions to our partners (business customers), providing them with valuable insights and actionable recommendations.Collaborating closely with our data and software engineering teams to drive the expansion of Peek's internal data warehouse and data marts.Assisting in the preparation and delivery of analytics projects, ensuring high-quality and timely completion..Working closely with our product management, marketing, and success teams to enhance the revenue capabilities of our flagship SaaS booking platform, leveraging data-driven insights.Supporting internal financial initiatives by collaborating with our finance department, providing data analysis to inform financial decision-making.Actively participating in the analytics community at Peek, sharing best practices, contributing to analytics forums, and staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.Exploring and applying AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), to increase the efficiency of analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and improve how insights are generated and communicated.Requirements:You are AI-first. You use the best models and workflows to streamline your efforts2+ years of experience partnering with product teams to influence the product lifecycle — including feature development, A/B testing, and performance analysis — using tools like Mixpanel, Pendo, Heap, or Google Analytics across web and mobile platforms.Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy2+ years of experience working deriving insight from large, semi-structured datasets as a product or data analyst in a SaaS software organization.2+ years of experience writing SQL against large and complex data sets.2+ years of experience working with data analytics/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.Experience working with analytical (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc) or transactional databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc)Experience using generative AI or LLMs to streamline workflows, surface insights faster, or enhance internal reporting and decision-making.Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with product development life cycle and how data informs prioritization, iteration, and success measurement.Proven ability to manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on business impact.English is our business language, proficiency is requiredNice to Have:Experience with data transformation tools e.g. DBT, Python, or RExperience with Machine Learning libraries using PythonExperience with a/b or multivariate testingExperience in travel and activity space is helpful, but not requiredExperience working within agile development teamsExperience building internal assistants or analytical copilots is a strong plusExposure to causal inference, time series forecasting, segmentation, or customer lifetime value modeling.What to Expect in the Interview Process:RecruiterHMStakeholder InterviewCase StudyExecutivePerks & BenefitsPeek invests in our employee’s health and well-being.
