Senior Processor - Remote (DFW area, TX only)
Description

The Senior Processor demonstrates these attributes in the mortgage loan process for our Mortgage-as-a-Service (MaaS) client. The Senior Processor is responsible for preparing loan files for underwriting and clearing conditions for closing, loan pipeline management, and client relationship management for the processing function.
Ideal candidates for this position have proven customer relationship management skills, high attention to detail, and proven pipeline management skills.
Essential Functions of the Role:
Manage a pipeline of loan packages for the Loan Officer and Client Team.
Review initial loan approvals and work with the borrower to gather documents so the file meets federal/state regulations.
Collect and distribute documents and information pertinent to the processing and underwriting of the loan, striving for on-time closing.
Client relationship management, with an emphasis on building relationships with our MaaS client team and ensuring satisfaction with processing services provided.
Communicate with applicants and business partners (Loan Officers, Production Partners, Underwriting, title companies, attorneys, etc.) regarding loan status.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of the mortgage loan process
Experience Requirements:
Minimum five years residential mortgage experience with conventional, FHA, Jumbo and VA loan processing experience required.
Encompass experience preferred.
Education / Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
Residential Mortgage Loan Originator License (MLO) required in multiple states.
If not already licensed, must be able to obtain MLO license within 30 days of employment.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced environment.
Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
Requires sitting, bending.
Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally.
