Requirements 10+ years of experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
