Senior Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM - Time and Labor (OTL) / Absence Management

This Senior Principal Cloud Consultant within Oracle Consulting Services (OCS) will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management solutions. You will work with your clients to understand their business processes, provide solutions based on product and consultative expertise, and drive adoption of Oracle’s modern best practices processes. Career Level - IC3 NAAC #LI-NP4 • Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting Oracle Fusion Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) &/or Absence Management (ABM) solutions • Lead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution • Understand Oracle’s implementation methodology and use it on all engagements • Configure the Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL and/or ABM solutions • Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution • Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live • Support the data migration consulting team and/or client with any data migration efforts • Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions • Complete the client work on time and budgetMentor and review the work of junior team members Targeted Knowledge Base / Skills • Full life cycle implementation experience on at least two (2) Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence Management implementations • Experience with multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules a plus • Experience implementing third party/competitor scheduling systems is a plus • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company is a plus • Experience implementing HCM SaaS applications • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel, as needed (primarily within North America) Location: Remote / Work from Home (US-based) with 50% - 70% travel possible NAAC #LI-NP4 Apply tot his job
