Senior Principal, AI Governance (Remote Work Option)

About the position The AI Governance Senior Principal will lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks for AI systems, ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and corporate standards across various sectors. This role involves overseeing AI policy development and ethical AI frameworks, focusing on transparency, fairness, accountability, and privacy. Responsibilities • Spearhead the development of governance frameworks for AI systems. • Ensure alignment with ethical, regulatory, and corporate standards across multiple geographies. • Oversee AI policy development and data stewardship practices. • Act as an advisory leader on AI ethics and data governance strategies to executive leadership. • Establish governance protocols for managing AI lifecycle processes from data collection to model deployment. • Drive the establishment of key performance metrics for ethical AI use and risk management. • Identify areas for improvement and innovation in governance frameworks. Requirements • Graduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Regulatory Policies, Information Science, or Information Systems. • 2+ years of experience in AI Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Data Governance, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong understanding of AI risks, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks.
