Senior PR AE / Acct. Supervisor

Zer0 to 5ive, an award-winning marketing and communications firm for B2B and technology companies, is looking for an experienced media relations pro to join our team. Candidates should have a minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience, including agency experience. Ideal candidate has a strong media relations track record and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with top-tier clients.

We're looking for someone who loves working with the media, has excellent communications and client skills, and has experiencing leading agency accounts. You'll be working with clients who are changing the world – in technology, healthcare, fintech, and education. Our team is smart, fun-loving, and driven – with a results-oriented mentality that has led to numerous award-winning campaigns.

Experience

BA or BS in writing, PR, or marketing

Minimum of 4 years of media relations experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Agency experience preferred

Technology, healthcare, or education experience a plus

Skills

Must haves:
• Strong writing capabilities
• Strong media relations skills at local, trade, and national level
• Knowledge of media databases / MuckRack
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple accounts
• Ability to work independently and in teams; a self-starter
• Strong communication skills
• Social media experience

Nice to haves:
• Experience in AI, edtech, fintech, or retailtech
• Experience leading client teams

Compensation

This is a full-time, salaried position with excellent medical, dental and vision benefits and paid vacation. Salary is commensurate with experience and industry norms.
