Senior PMO Analyst
About the position The Senior PMO Analyst at CGI Advantage plays a crucial role in coordinating project onboarding, offboarding, and training requirements for project staff. This position is integral to a high-impact payroll transformation project, ensuring effective resource management and communication between project teams and the PMO. Responsibilities • Perform, coordinate, and communicate all project member onboarding and offboarding activities • Coordinate, track, and communicate completion of yearly contractual staff training • Maintain the project staff master list • Generate the monthly onboarding and offboarding report • Maintain the onboarding and offboarding materials and project staff welcome materials • Prepare reports and dashboards on resource availability, utilization and future demand • Act as a liaison between project teams and the PMO • Maintain a record of staff skills, certifications, and professional experience • Evaluate and enhance project resource management processes and tools Requirements • Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of experience of project resource management and onboarding • Experience leading a team • Excellent facilitation, written and verbal skills • 3-5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a related role within a PMO or project environment • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with resource management software Nice-to-haves • Experience working in large scale government projects • Knowledge of project workforce planning Benefits • Competitive base salaries • Eligibility to participate in an attractive Share Purchase Plan (SPP) • 401(k) Plan and Profit Participation • Generous holidays, vacation, and sick leave plans • Comprehensive insurance plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and more Apply tot his job
