Job Overview As a Senior Platform Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap and strategy to achieve stable, multi-fold growth in digital customer acquisition and improve digital customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of strong platform product owners and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the development, implementation, and execution of digital marketing platforms and customer onboarding experiences. Key Responsibilities: Product Roadmap and Strategy: Define and manage the product roadmap and strategy to achieve stable, multi-fold growth in digital customer acquisition and improve digital customer satisfaction (NPS). Team Leadership: Lead talent development and drive engagement for a high-performing team of product owners. Performance Metrics: Define key KPIs and success metrics and set in place robust mechanisms to measure, report, and assess performance of customer acquisition and onboarding experience. Digital Marketing Platforms: Develop and execute data-driven marketing platforms to drive adoption and usage of multiple channels, including web, app, email, and push notifications. Content Strategy: Create a content strategy across the marketing and sales funnel in alignment with product positioning, messaging, and A/B testing. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across platforms, technology, process, and design functions to drive alignment on the product roadmap/strategy, business plans, go-to-market plans, and prioritization of features. What We Are Looking For The successful candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation. You should be adept in managing stakeholders across functions, including marketing & commercial teams, technology teams, and key business platform teams with dependencies. Essential Qualifications: Digital Marketing Expertise: Substantial experience in digital marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation. Analytical Ability: Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders. Leadership: Proven track record of developing and executing successful product developments and features that improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth in a global or multi-region environment. Preferred Qualifications: Logistics or Supply Chain Experience: Prior experience of digital marketing roles in logistics, supply chain, or B2B organizations. Leadership Experience: Experience in a highly visible leadership role. SEO and SEM: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, paid advertising, PPC, and ABM campaigns.
