This position also involves creating resources that elevate marketing performance across the organization, working in close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure campaigns are effectively deployed.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the operational bridge between content and digital strategy teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive efficiency across marketing teams.
• Work with corporate marketing to deploy wide programs and pilots.
• Develop support tools to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Build and monitor campaign dashboards to track performance.
• Analyze and present performance reports across multiple channels.
• Manage a centralized asset library for marketing collateral.
• Develop toolkits and playbooks to enhance marketing capabilities.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of marketing experience, with 3–5 years in marketing operations.
• Experience in B2B healthcare or related fields preferred.
• Strong understanding of campaign workflows and marketing technologies.
• Proven ability to manage global campaigns with complex dependencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Eloqua or Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
