Your career as a Senior P&C Business Partner at Booksy will give you the opportunity to directly impact our rapidly scaling US business from your base in the US. Requirements
• A proven track record of progressive HR experience, specifically as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments.
• Strong US employment landscape knowledge to effectively support our US-based teams and leadership.
• Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable people priorities.
• Expertise in organizational design and workforce planning to help us scale effectively.
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity.
• Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) and a degree in a related field
