Complete ownership of the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to onboarding, performance reviews, learning and development, compensation and benefits management, and individual coaching. Play a pivotal role in driving strategic and tactical initiatives, such as change management and process enhancement in the area of people management. Building and leading effective teams, providing continuous feedback, and implementing best practices to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce. Influencing and providing guidance to leadership and management, and actively participating in the development and mentorship of emerging leaders. Maintaining a helicopter view of the organization to proactively influence and contribute to its overall success.
