Senior Payment Operations Executive
XPaydite is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Payment Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in India. As a Sr. Executive, you will play a pivotal role in day to day operations, supporting, launching, and operating our executive team and clients. Key responsibilities:
Ā Knowledge of merchant onboarding and KYC procedures
Ā Understanding of PCI DSS framework
Ā Knowledge of Dispute/Chargeback Management Process
Ā Experience of bank and partner integrations
Ā Responsible for coordinating the work within the team
Ā Respond/resolve to customer inquiries related to payment issues email
Ā Provide support to merchants for any onboarding or payment related issues
Ā Reconcile Accounts payable and Accounts receivables transactions and bank transactions reconciliation
Ā Analyse data proactively to identify any potential frauds and corresponding change in fraud rules
Ā Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and the implementation of new software features and updates
Ā Manage project timelines and deliverables
Ā Work as a project manager to provide project task effort estimates and ongoing status updates
Ā Collaborate with partners and internal teams including developers to ensure project success
Ā Ensure that project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ā Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
Ā Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Ā Documenting /communicating functional requirements for dev teams to meet business needs
Ā Ensuring operational compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, Data Privacy etc.
Ā Implements solutions to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Other responsibilities:
Ā Implement best practices for security, data protection, and code quality.
Ā Provide leadership and mentorship to junior employees.
Preference will be given to candidate with Immediate joiners and Technical and/or post-graduates
Qualification: Any graduate. Post graduate or Technical qualifications will be preferred.
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in a payments company is must
Overall Experience: 5 years +
