Job description: ABOUT THE ROLETeikametrics is transforming the future of eCommerce with our AI-powered Multi-Marketplace Optimization Platform, helping brands maximize sales across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok. Teikametrics is seeking a Senior Partner Manager, to help grow, build and manage our most strategic relationships with key partners. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring mutual success through deep collaboration, joint planning, and shared goals. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close coordination with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams. nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact partners, developing joint strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels.
Lead strategic planning sessions with partners to define objectives, KPIs, and co-marketing/co-selling initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market activities, enablement efforts, and product integrations.
Track, analyze, and report on partner performance to ensure mutual success and continuous optimization.
Act as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring their needs are represented across the organization.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of experience in partner management or business development - ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
Proven ability to build and scale partner relationships that drive measurable business results.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align partner objectives with company goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
Highly organized with a bias for action and a knack for problem-solving.
Passion for partnerships and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
