Senior Paralegal, Employment Law

Provide comprehensive support to the employment law attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and correspondence, and maintaining case files.
Assist with the preparation of legal arguments, motions, and pleadings.
Review and analyze legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including HR and business teams, to gather information and provide updates on legal matters.
Maintain a strong understanding of current employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the company.
Manage and organize a high volume of legal documents and information with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Conduct interviews and gather evidence to support legal cases.
Coordinate with outside counsel and other legal professionals as needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive legal matters and information.
Proactively identify potential legal risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Participate in training and educational opportunities to stay updated on changes in employment law.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the employment law attorneys or legal department.
