You will be directly overseeing 3–4 Operations Managers, each responsible for around 40 contractors. You will ensure that service delivery meets client expectations, identify process inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to drive performance. A collaborative, hands-on leader, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable adapting to shifting priorities.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and guide 3–4 Operations Managers and their respective teamsMonitor team performance and ensure client satisfaction across healthcare accountsOversee staffing and workflow efficiency for remote healthcare professionalsIdentify operational gaps and design effective systems and processes to improve quality and productivityDrive accountability and KPIs across the operations structureAct as an escalation point for critical client or contractor issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Recruitment, Training, and HRExposure to US healthcare standards, Care Plans, and Wound Care protocols will be advantageousEnsure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific requirementsSupport business growth through continuous improvement and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 3 years in the US healthcare sectorProven experience handling accounts in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Home Health, and/or TelehealthFamiliarity with Care Plans and Wound Care documentation standardsExperience overseeing large, remote teams and frontline managersStrong analytical skills and a track record of identifying and closing process gapsExcellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skillsHighly adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentTech-savvy and comfortable working with EMRs and remote collaboration toolsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Preferred Skills
Experience working with offshore or BPO healthcare staffingLean or Six Sigma certification a plusWorking knowledge of US healthcare regulations and payer systems
Service Fee:
Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.Hours:
US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9 AM - 6 PM
