Since inception, we’ve raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, Strava, and Tia.Role OverviewClarity Pediatrics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented operator to support our provider operations function.This role is responsible for executing and maintaining the day-to-day systems that support our clinical team—ensuring accurate scheduling, clean data, and smooth onboarding and operations. You’ll play a key role in helping our providers deliver care efficiently by keeping the operational engine running reliably.You will work closely with the Director of Provider Operations and partner with teams across Clinical, RCM, and Talent.ResponsibilitiesExecute provider operations workflowsManage provider schedules and ensure calendar accuracyExecute onboarding workflows for new providers, ensuring all steps are completed on timeTrack and support provider incentives and operational processesMaintain documentation of workflows and standard operating proceduresMaintain provider data and systemsUpdate and manage provider data in Airtable and other systemsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across scheduling and operationsRun regular audits to identify and correct errorsSupport day-to-day provider operationsTroubleshoot basic provider-facing issues (scheduling, tools, workflows)Support provider ramp and onboarding experienceHelp ensure providers have what they need to operate effectivelySupport cross-functional coordinationAssist with clinical program operations (e.g., group scheduling support)Coordinate with internal teams on operational needsSupport with licensing and credentialing coordination as neededAbout you3–5 years of experience in operations, biz ops, consulting, or similar rolesHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in spreadsheets and operational tools (Airtable a plus)Reliable and execution-focused—you follow through and catch details others missComfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratchAble to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyClear communicator and strong team playerInterest in healthcare and improving care deliveryWhat We OfferMeaningful Impact: Your work will directly improve the lives of children and parents navigating chronic conditions.Female-Led, Mission-Driven Culture: Clarity as a company and our engineering, product, and operations teams are led by women.
