As a Senior Network Process & Quality expert, you will:
Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compatibility with existing methods and quality standards
Conduct feasibility studies, analyze data, and provide recommendations for network process enhancements
Design and develop network methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to measure results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align improvements with network performance shortfalls and provide consultation on reengineering techniques
Develop and implement network performance metrics, process control points, and results management
Provide technical support, training, and guidance on process and compliance matters
Requirements:
Intermediate level experience (3-5 years) in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of network technologies and quality standards
BS degree in Math, Science, or Engineering preferred, or equivalent related network experience
Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role, with a focus on network process and quality improvement
