Senior Multimedia Design and Communications Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Multimedia Design and Communications Specialist to lead our multimedia designs and system implementations, and plan and coordinate department programs and services. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute graphic communication strategies, produce engaging content, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to reinforce our organization's brand and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, edit, and distribute various types of content to support marketing, communications, and public relations efforts
Analyze corporate image and messages to develop and execute graphic communication strategies for print and electronic media
Produce print advertisements, presentations, newsletters, collateral, online advertisements, specialty items, trade show displays, web graphics, email marketing, and videos
Partner with other departments, employees, and outside vendors to ensure consistency of graphic communications and adherence to corporate graphic standards
Develop and produce multimedia presentations, including finalist presentations to current and prospective customers, and special projects to address corporate issues and needs
Build relationships with key stakeholders and reinforce the organization's brand and initiatives among target audiences
Update website and design electronic assets, and create content for web, social media, banners, and other marketing materials

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, mass media, communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field
Five years of experience in public relations, journalism, graphic design, marketing, or media relations
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), word processing, and presentation software
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and solve problems using independent judgment
