Senior Mortgage Loan Processor - PST Time Zone Only
Trusted Rate, Inc. has 17+ years’ experience in the mortgage industry with a strong background in Purchase Transactions. We are hiring a positive, motivated professional to join our team as a Sr. Loan Processor to support our Loan Officers in their growth.

Qualifications:
• 4 Years previous experience as a Loan Processor
• Familiarity with loan origination software, various loan scenarios and loan programs
• Experienced with Purchase Transactions
• Comfortable calculating income, reviewing asset documents, drawing loan docs
• Familiar with Escrow & Title procedures for balancing and funding
Responsibilities:
• Full-Time position (Remote)
• Quick Professional Responses via phone calls and emails
• Prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package
• Analyze credit, review income and asset documents
• Obtain necessary proof of loan qualification such as verifications of employment
• Submit files to Underwriting
• Draw Loan Docs & Prepare Funding with Escrow, Title, and Funders
• Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations and compliance standards
Pay:
• Base Pay + Bonus per funding
Schedule:
• 8am - 5pm PST (there will be no exceptions to working in a different time zone)
