We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to step into a Team Captain role on a high-performing, referral-driven team. Your focus is simple: work with qualified clients, structure the right loan, and move deals forward.
You won’t be responsible for generating business. Our team produces consistent opportunities through past clients, referral partners, and marketing. The expectation is that you take ownership of the client experience and execute at a high level.
This is a high-communication, high-accountability environment. Clients and agents expect proactive updates, clear guidance, and a smooth process from start to finish.

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 base plus commission, with total compensation potential of $120,000+.
