Senior Mission Integration Specialist

Iron Will is seeking a Senior Mission Integration Specialist to support advanced missile defense, aerospace, launch, and flight test programs. The successful candidate will support mission planning, systems integration, launch vehicle integration activities, flight test execution, range coordination, safety planning, and post-mission assessment efforts across multiple government-sponsored programs.

This position is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and requires close collaboration with government customers, national laboratories, prime contractors, launch providers, range organizations, and technical teams supporting critical national security missions.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in missile systems, launch vehicles, propulsion systems, flight test operations, energetic materials, aerospace systems, or related defense programs and is comfortable operating in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support mission planning and execution activities for flight test, launch, and demonstration programs.

Coordinate integration activities among government customers, launch providers, range organizations, and industry partners.

Support payload, launch vehicle, and ground system integration efforts.

Assist with development and review of mission plans, execution procedures, safety documentation, and technical products.

Support flight safety, range coordination, and mission assurance activities.

Participate in technical reviews, readiness assessments, integration working groups, and planning meetings.

Support launch campaigns, flight test events, and mission execution activities at customer and range locations.

Provide technical support related to propulsion systems, missile systems, flight termination systems, energetic systems, and launch operations as required.

Assist with post-test data review, mission assessment, lessons learned, and technical reporting activities.

Coordinate activities across multiple organizations to support successful mission execution.

Minimum Qualifications

Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience supporting military, government, national laboratory, aerospace, missile defense, launch vehicle, or flight test programs.

Experience supporting missile systems, launch systems, aerospace programs, flight test activities, or related national security missions.

Experience participating in systems integration, mission planning, launch operations, test execution, or technical program support activities.

Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and organizations.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting flight test campaigns, launch operations, or range activities.

Experience with propulsion systems, energetic materials, explosives operations, or flight termination systems.

Experience supporting mission planning, safety reviews, readiness reviews, and integration working groups.

Experience supporting Department of Defense, Department of Energy, national laboratory, missile defense, or space-related programs.

Experience supporting launch vehicle, payload, or mission integration efforts.

TS/SCI eligibility preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is desired but not required.

Equivalent combinations of military service, government experience, national laboratory experience, aerospace experience, missile defense experience, launch operations experience, or other directly relevant technical experience may be substituted for formal education requirements.
