The Senior Medical Economics Data Analyst is responsible for performing analysis on rate trends, developing insights into key financial drivers, and communicating findings to various stakeholders.On a typical day, you might:Develop and implement payer analytics and economics strategies around provider rates.Analyze behavioral health, physical health, and pharmacy data and rates using a variety of data sources and programs including but not limited to Excel, SQL, Access, etc.Utilize industry trends and Medicaid fee schedules and data concepts to drive decision-making.Prepare presentations and other collateral materials to support rate initiatives.Participate in rates process improvement projects.Provide technical training and support to team members.Employee Benefits:Trillium knows that work/life balance is essential. Must have a valid driver’s license.
