What We're Looking For
We're looking for a senior, hands-on Media Buyer who can own performance across accounts while bridging strategy and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is both highly analytical and execution-driven, with the ability to translate strategy into action, lead performance conversations, and proactively identify opportunities for growth across multiple channels.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning
Collaborate on media strategies across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn,and GoogleTranslate strategy into clear, actionable campaign plansConduct competitor and market analysis to inform decision-makingAlign media strategy with creative, funnel, and business goals
Campaign Management & Execution
Own end-to-end campaign execution across key accountsOversee campaign setup, ensuring accuracy in structure, tracking, creatives, and landing pagesQA campaigns before launch and maintain high execution standardsSupervise and support junior media buyers on campaign execution
Performance & Optimization
Monitor performance daily/weekly and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesLead optimization efforts across campaigns to improve KPIs such as ROAS and CPLTroubleshoot performance issues and implement data-driven solutionsContinuously test and iterate across audiences, creatives, and structures
Data, Reporting & Insights
Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insightsBuild and deliver clear, strategic reports with recommendations and next stepsEnsure reporting quality and consistency across accountsPartner with internal teams to align on performance and strategy
Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor junior team members and support their growth and developmentSet a high bar for quality, accountability, and performanceCollaborate closely with creative and account teams to drive resultsStay up to date with platform changes, trends, and new opportunities
Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience in media buying (social and/or search) — agency experience strongly preferredProven track record managing performance-driven campaigns and budgetsStrong expertise in at least one major platform (Meta or Google required) + experience across others (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and campaign structureExperience with tools such as GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, or similarStrong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insightsExperience mentoring or supporting junior team membersNative or near-native English, both written and spoken
